We're located at 7012 Cote-de-Liesse, St. Laurent, QC.
Size: 1,450 sq. ft. of open space + more
A deposit of 65% upfront will be required in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance, as well as a $500 security deposit will be due 10 days prior to your event. The security deposit will be reimbursed 7 to 10 business days after your rental use (if there are no damages made to the space during your event/rental).
Event Rental Packages
All packages are based on 50 guests (more can be added with a custom quote) and include 4 hours (plus 1-2 hrs. for set up & 1 hr. for breakdown = 7 hrs. in total)
Capacity is 190 guests standing and 120 to 180 seated based on event & set up type.
For seated events of 100 guests and more, we recommend visiting to confirm floor plan before booking.
