We're located at 7012 Cote-de-Liesse, St. Laurent, QC.

Size: 1,450 sq. ft. of open space (other additional smaller closed spaces available as well)

    A deposit of 65% upfront will be required in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance, as well as a $250 security deposit will be due 7 days prior to your event. The security deposit will be reimbursed after your rental use (if there are no damages made to the space during your event/rental).

    All packages are based on 50 guests and include 4 hours

    (plus 1 hr. for set up & 1 hr. for breakdown = 6 hrs. in total)

    Full capacity is 135 people. However, due to regulations restrictions apply based on event & set up type. Please verify with us before booking.
