Suitable to Rent for Your Various Needs!

We're located at 7012 Cote-de-Liesse, St. Laurent, QC.

Size: 1,450 sq. ft. of open space (other additional smaller closed spaces available as well)

    A deposit of 65% upfront will be required in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance, as well as a $250 security deposit will be due 10 days prior to your event. The security deposit will be reimbursed up to 7 days after your rental use (if there are no damages made to the space during your event/rental).

    Event Rental Packages

    All packages are based on 50 guests and include 4 hours

    (plus 1 hr. for set up & 1 hr. for breakdown = 6 hrs. in total)

    Capacity is 190 guests standing and 120 to 180 seated based on event & set up type.

    For seated events of 100 guests and more, we recommend visiting to confirm floor plan before booking.

    • Weekends= 3 hr minimum
    • Weekdays= 2 hr minimum

    *1 hour for setup & 1 hour for breakdown will be added for FREE when 4+ hours are booked*

    For creative/non-event uses such as: photography/videography, business marketing & more - additional photography equipment available to rent upon request
